Nicole earned her Bachelors of General Studies from Nicholls State University. She continued her studies at LSU Health Science Center earning a Bachelors degree in Cardiopulmonary Science. Nicole worked at Charity Hospital and University Hospital as a Registered Respiratory Therapist and a Registered Nurse. She completed a Master of Science degree from Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island specializing in Nurse anesthesia. Nicole is board certified by the National Board Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists.
