Biography

Dr. Omotola Ashorobi is a board-certified urologist at Ochsner Health. She has expertise in management of enlarged prostate (Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate- HOLEP), robotic surgery, and reconstructive urology. Dr. Ashorobi prioritizes a shared decision-making approach with the patient’s needs as the goal of patient care. She is an advocate for health equity and is a member of the International Volunteers in Urology. She graduated medical school with honors. In her free time she enjoys painting, traveling, and spending time with her family. Dr. Ashorobi joined Ochsner in 2020.
