Dr. Osei Prempeh is a graduate of Pleven Medical University, Bulgaria in 1994. Dr. Prempeh completed his residency in Family Medicine at LSU Health Science Center in Kenner, Louisiana. He is board certified with the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Prempeh is fluent in English, French, Bulgarian and Ghanaian.
