Patients scheduling via Find Urgent Care Now do not skip the waiting line, nor will they be seen ahead of individuals in the waiting room or impact others' wait times. If there is an increase of patients with emergency conditions, your projected treatment time may be delayed.

Have used this site many times. Even through COVID they fast, they had a good checkin policy that I felt safe and their staff is very kind. This time was for broken foot. The Dr (yes, a real Dr) took the time to walk me thru it. It was a hard to see fracture.

My mother and I had a great experience with this Urgent can, needing fast results and treatment. They set up an apt when we got there so we wouldn't have to wait, came back and was treated like clock work. The Staff, Nurse Pa,Dr MD listened , reviewed and treated our medical issues, so we could feel safe to meet our new baby that was just born in our family. A friendly caring Group. Thank you.

The day we went we had made an appt the night before. We arrived early yet once we arrived we were told that there were 7 people ahead of us. After 2 hrs I got a call to triage my appt - all the same exact questions I had already answered on pre check. My own son who is 15 who is who needed the appt even said that efficiency must not be a requirement there. Honestly it makes it difficult to go to a facility like this when you hear oh we are understaff but when in the room the staff is laughing and joking. Then they tried to give my son a sling that was not the proper size - when I asked to check if there was a correct one at another facility it was as if I was bothering them. I’m sorry I’m not leaving a medical facility with a sling not properly fitted. When they called Kenner they said they had it. When we then arrived in Kenner we were told no they didn’t. SERIOUSLY!!!! It took anothe 30mins for them to find the one that was being held because no one knew anything about it.

The Doctor was great, nurses were great people checking in we very nice, only problem I had was the 3 hour wait to see anyone and the extremely small parking lot. Was told if I did not return quickly my appointment would be given away so we waited in the car. Had to wait outside in a line just to check in. I do understand Covid is bad and urgent care is extremely busy. Our usual urgent care in River Ridge is temporarily closed and has been for over a month. We need more Urgent Cares in our area!

In a time of COVID and OMICRON, I wasn’t expecting much because of my past experiences with urgent cares. Metairie Ochsner UC has been the best I’ve been to in many, many years! Courteous and helpful checkin by the woman at the desk and the staff was quick and kind! The process was very organized and stress free. Dr. Bradley Collins was great! He was very knowledgeable and personable! I feel much better already! I highly recommend this location!

Great diagnosis by provider. Not at all what I thought causing the problem. W/I 24 hours of using script, I noticed a marked improvement and we'll on my way to a full recovery!!!!!

Believe it or not, I had an appointment last Thursday for 2pm and was out the door by 2:55pm. I was greeted with a genuine smile by the woman at the front desk. Every patient that came in after me was treated just the same. The medical assistant was courteous and treated me with respect. The attending doctor was just as nice and was very thorough with her discharge instructions for my upper respiratory infection. I was absolutely blown away with the level professionalism and kindness from the moment I walked through the door all the way back out. If you’re in need of an urgent care center, this is the one you want to drive out of your way for. Great job, Ochsner!

Cut my leg open and thought I needed stitches. Dropped by to get it looked at. Got seen really quickly, within 10 got into a room. Karen got my history and vitals and such, she was very pleasant. Then a nurse practitioner Shannon came in and checked it out, and stitched me up. Everyone who I dealt with here did a great job, super professional and really friendly. They all deserve raises. I'm going to try not to cut my leg open again but if I do I'll definitely come here!

Stood in line behind one person for over 20 minutes while the desk clerk had her fill out papers and find information. He definitely could have had her to move to the side to check in the next person. It literally took me 3 minutes to cHeck in. I could have been sitting down. What if I couldn’t stand for that long.
