I've been a loyal Ochsner patient since 1972-73 so exceedingly pleased with all departments, of which there are many. But the care, explanations and confidence afforded me by Dr Simoneaux throughout the whole surgery experience was extraordinary.

Great experience

Dr Simoneaux performed MOHS procedure on left side if my if my face. I was very apprehensive but he put me at ease and told me each step what he was doing - no surprises and made it very calming for me. Pam his assistant was very helpful.

Dr. Simoneaux is a superb dermo surgeon. I had an area of basal cell carcinoma right above my eye. He met with me prior to my surgery and explained everything, giving me different options and results of those options. Day of surgery he talked me through everything he did, so no surprises. I'm one week post op and his work looks amazing! I highly recommend him.
