Dr. Kelly earned his bachelor's degree from Loyola University in New Orleans. He obtained his optometry degree as well as his bachelor’s of visual science from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago. He completed internships at Perry Point VA hospital in Maryland and Beaufort Naval Air Station in South Carolina. He is certified by the National Board of Examiners in Optometry for the treatment and management of ocular disease and holds an optometric license with therapeutic privileges in Louisiana. After 10 years of working in Private Practice in Arizona he returns to New Orleans with extensive experience in specialty contact lens fittings and comprehensive optometry. Dr. Kelly sees all age ranges at the Ochsner Medical Center on Jefferson Highway and the Ochsner Clinic in Marrero.
