Russell Anderson, PhD

Dr. Anderson is a gentle, kind and compassionate therapist who is laser-focused . He has guided me to a much better mental/emotional place since I began therapy with him. He has an amazing ability to ask just the right question at the right time (usually one I was hoping he wouldn't ..... ), and he really makes sure I don't/can't play games, be in denial, and all the other devices I have tried to use to avoid the core of where I am and where I need to go. I could not feel more comfortable and safe with him as my therapist.

He’s engaging, provoking, part of what has been lacking.finally the real deal is Dr Anderson: sound, solid ,creative , Reflective , reciprocating , Bright inducing conversation on another level. I feel so fortunate to Have been allowed To be his patient. Thank you !

Great experience to speak with someone who ask questions and analyze your answers. Gives you a chance to think about the actions and resolutions to make communication with family better.

After one visit, so far so good. Dr. Anderson is a really nice guy. I am hopeful that he can help me grow as a person and improve my mental health so I can be my best self for my family but also myself.

He is an easy person to talk to and seems to understand that not everyones brain works the same! He didn't try to put me in a box like many others have over the years, he listens to what I'm saying and has empathy! I'm extremely happy with him!
