Biography
Skylar Culmone, PA-C, specializes in orthopedic surgery at Ochsner Health. She provides comprehensive care for patients with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, with clinical interests including fracture management, joint injections and post-operative recovery.
Skylar earned her Master of Science in physician assistant studies from Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and an active member of the Louisiana Academy of Physician Assistants, the American Academy of Physician Associates and Physician Assistants in Orthopedic Surgery.
Outside of medicine, she enjoys staying active through pickleball and working out, spending quality time with family and friends and trying new recipes.
