Wonderful doctor. Very friendly and showed care and concern.

Dr. Heaney was / is caring. She exhibits professionalism and empathy. I have personal difficulty with gynecological exams at baseline, but Dr. Heaney and her nurse practitioner student Intern are personable, kind, and skilled. Dr. Heaney helped decrease my apprehension and nervousness and we collaboratively developed a plan for our next visit.

I have already recommended Dr. Heany twice since I left yesterday. She was absolutely amazing in listening to my concerns, questions, and answering them to the fullest. She took her time, made eye contact the entire time, and truly made me feel comfortable and heard. She was personable and shared her own experiences as well as explained her thought process to help me understand the medical jargon. She put me at ease during the breast examination (I found a pretty big lump) and she made sure I had all my questions answered before leaving. 10/10 recommend!
