Dr Stephen Bertucci is without a doubt one of the most caring yet thorough providers I have had the pleasure to call 'my primary'. His professional demeanor harkens back to the days of the local town physician who knew everyone and treated everybody. He asks question to determine how you are feeling in the moment, ask questions regarding significant changes if any since out last visit. He LISTENS!!! And then goes over his observations of where he believes we (he and I) are in terms of health status and current treatment plan and makes suggestions going forward. He gives background information on his thoughts by sharing guideline updates and standard of care changes that may have taken place since our last visit. This level of information sharing provides confidence to any patient that the decisions about his/her healthcare are being made with a shared goal of receiving the best possible immediate and longterm outcomes. I believe this also may incentivize patients to be more compliant post visit with medications and lifestyle changes.

This was my 1st appt. With Dr. Bertucci. Was very pleased with him. He was very thorough and took his time with me. Also, he did not rush me through.
