Tara Deeney, MD, specializes in pediatrics at Ochsner Health. Dr. Deeney graduated cum laude from Tulane University with a B.S. in Cell and Molecular Biology. She then earned her medical degree from Louisiana State University in Shreveport, Louisiana, and completed her internship and residency at LSU in New Orleans, in association with Children's Hospital. After residency, she completed one year of a fellowship in Pediatric Endocrine and Diabetes. She is board certified in Pediatrics and is a Fellow in the American Academy of Pediatrics.
