Biography

Dr. Trung Nam Tran is a board-certified endocrinologist practicing at Ochsner Health Center - West Bank Campus. He has a special clinical interest in diabetes management, thyroid disorders and osteoporosis. Additionally, he is board-certified in internal medicine, bringing years of experience as a hospitalist before transitioning to Endocrinology. Dr. Tran earned his medical degree from Florida State University College of Medicine in Tallahassee, Florida, in 2014. He then completed his Internal Medicine Residency and fellowship in endocrinology at Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans in 2017 and 2020, respectively. Dr. Trung Tran has been on staff at Ochsner Health Center - West Bank Campus since 2020.
