Biography
Victoria E. Panelli-Ramery, MD, is a board-certified physician specializing in hematology oncology at Ochsner Health. She earned her medical degree from the Ponce School of Medicine and Health Sciences in 1996. Dr. Panelli-Ramery completed an internal medicine residency and a hematology oncology fellowship at Tulane University.
Dr. Panelli-Ramery proudly served in the U.S. Army, achieving the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and participating in Operation Iraqi Freedom. She retired from military service in 2013 after a distinguished career marked by dedication and leadership.
Originally from Puerto Rico, Dr. Panelli-Ramery has embraced Louisiana as her home, drawn to its vibrant culture, warm community and rich culinary traditions. She remains committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to patients throughout the region.
