Biography

Dr. Viswajit Anugu is a cardiologist at Ochsner Health. Dr. Anugu earned his medical degree at Osmania Medical College in Hyderabad, India, where he also completed his internship. He completed his residency in internal medicine, followed by fellowships in general cardiology and interventional cardiology, at Northwell Health Staten Island University Hospital. He is also a member of the American College of Cardiology and the American Medical Association.
