Dr Sergeant is a doctor who listens to all his patients especially me and he taken to consideration very well of a patient's needs not just you as a patient in his clinic he listens to what you have to say of the patient well-being and health to overall know how he's going to treat his patient and be able to understand the care and the needs of the patient first that's what gives him the five stars for me.

He has a wonderful bedside matter, seamlessly chatting about relevant and fun topics (children in this case) to make the experience better while blending in information and advance notice about what part of the exam he was about to do and what I could expect from it. He also included me in choosing what birth control pill I would take, making sure I knew what was newly available since my last visit and what benefits it could offer or not.
