I was referred to an ENT by my GP. I honestly wasn't holding out much hope for the ENT to say anything other than, "It's a virus. Wait it out." So needless to say I was extraordinarily pleased to see Dr. Kleinpeter take a real interest in my case and symptoms. He was very thorough and engaged in my care.
He discussed the procedure to clear my ears and explained my diagnosis. He explained how to correctly use the nasal sprays. He was very thorough.
Kleinpeter was very knowledgeable, had a great bedside manner. Would highly recommend him.
