Working together as partners, Ochsner, St. Tammany Health System and Slidell Memorial Hospital are offering rehabilitation services, long-term care and outpatient imaging services in one location.

Northshore Rehabilitation Hospital

The  Northshore Rehabilitation Hospital is operated by Select Medical – a national leader in inpatient rehabilitation – and features 30 inpatient rehabilitation beds. The new hospital employs 90 therapists, nurses and many other specialists. This hospital offers highly focused programs incorporating the most effective therapies, technologies and research to advance individual recovery for the many unique conditions, including:

The Northshore Extended Care Hospital, operated by LHC Group Inc., is designed to treat medically complex patients – with a goal of returning patients to the community. Our highly trained specialists provide treatment to patients recovering from conditions ranging from cardiovascular and neurological disorders to infectious diseases and trauma.

Ochsner Outpatient Radiology 

 Our outpatient radiology department offers imaging services including X-ray, CT, MRI and ultrasound.
