Northshore Medical Complex offers patients rehabilitation services and long-term care after being discharged from the hospital. Working together as partners, Ochsner, St. Tammany Health System and Slidell Memorial Hospital are offering rehabilitation services, long-term care and outpatient imaging services in one location.
Northshore Rehabilitation Hospital
The Northshore Rehabilitation Hospital is operated by Select Medical – a national leader in inpatient rehabilitation – and features 30 inpatient rehabilitation beds. The new hospital employs 90 therapists, nurses and many other specialists. This hospital offers highly focused programs incorporating the most effective therapies, technologies and research to advance individual recovery for the many unique conditions, including:
- Brain or spinal cord injury
- Cardiac conditions
- Cancer rehabilitation
- Neurological disorders
- Orthopedic trauma

Our outpatient radiology department offers imaging services including X-ray, CT, MRI and ultrasound.
