We provide a full spectrum of medical services designed to meet the diverse health needs of our community.

  • Emergency care: Our emergency department is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with qualified emergency room hospitalists ready to handle any medical emergency.
  • Laboratory:  We offer a variety of diagnostic services on both an inpatient and outpatient basis to provide fast and accurate results.
  • Radiology:  We offer outpatient MRI and ultrasounds.
  • Pharmacy:  Our on-site pharmacy provides medication management for hospitalized patients and care teams only. Please note that we do not offer retail pharmacy services.
  • Outpatient infusion: We provide convenient outpatient infusion services for patients requiring one-time or ongoing treatments.

  • Skilled rehabilitation (inpatient and outpatient): Our team of physical, occupational and speech therapists helps patients regain strength and independence following surgery, stroke or illness.
  • Swing bed program: This program allows patients to transition from acute care to skilled nursing and rehabilitation without leaving the hospital.   • Wound care: We offer specialized treatment for complex or non-healing wounds to promote faster, more effective recovery. As a comprehensive wound healing center, we specialize in the treatment of all types of non-healing and difficult-to-heal wounds including:
    • Diabetic foot ulcers
    • Venous ulcers
    • Pressure ulcers
    • Non-healing, surgical wounds
    • Arterial/ischemic ulcers
    • Late effects of radiation (i.e., radiation cystitis, proctitis or external wound)
    • Traumatic wounds
    • Infected wounds
    • Crush injuries
    • Compromised flaps or grafts
  • Respiratory therapy: Our respiratory therapists provide care for patients with breathing and cardiopulmonary disorders.

  • Senior care programs: We offer specialized programs for seniors experiencing challenges with anxiety, grief, or depression. This intensive outpatient program helps individuals cope with everyday living. We provide free in-home assessments by a nurse, and transportation can be arranged. Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please make every effort to notify us within a 24-hour advanced notice.

If you need a prescription refill, please call your pharmacy to request it. If your pharmacist has any questions, they will contact Ochsner. Make sure the pharmacy sends your refill request to Ochsner at least three to five working days before you run out of your medication. If we don't get the notice in time, we can't promise your refill will be ready before you use up your current supply.
