We offer same-day and next-day appointments, as well as virtual visits. If you’re a new patient, your first virtual appointment will depend on your provider’s discretion. Learn more about the ease and flexibility of virtual visits.
Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your visit and have your ID and insurance card ready. If you need to cancel or reschedule, let us know at least 24 hours in advance. If your regular provider is unavailable, we’ll help connect you with another trusted Ochsner expert.
Refilling your prescriptions with Ochsner is simple. Just contact your pharmacy to request a refill. If the pharmacist has any questions, they will reach out to Ochsner directly on your behalf.
To avoid interruptions, ask your pharmacy to send the refill request at least three to five business days before your medication runs out. If we don’t receive the request in time, we can’t guarantee that your refill will be ready before your current supply is finished.
