What are the visiting hours for regular hospital rooms?
Regular hospital room visiting hours are 9 a.m.–9 p.m. At times, visiting hours, the number of visitors, and the length of visits may be limited by the nursing staff.
Specialized units may have different visiting hours:
- Telemetry: 9 a.m.–9 p.m.
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU): 8 a.m.–noon; 2–6 p.m.; 8–9 p.m.
- Med/Surg: 9 a.m.–9 p.m.
Are there family waiting rooms available?
Yes, family waiting rooms are available in several areas:
- Near the Surgery Department on the first floor
- Near the ICU on the second floor for families of ICU patients
- Near the Endoscopy Department for families of endoscopy patients
- On the fourth floor in the Family Birthing Center
- In the Emergency Department for those waiting for treatment or for family members of patients receiving care
