Ochsner Performance Training - Burbank is located inside the Ochsner Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Institute at Elite Training Complex – Burbank. This facility combines the latest advancements in training, sports medicine, injury treatment and prevention, sports wellness and mental training.
Ochsner's Performance Training program is a college-style strength and conditioning program for athletes of all ages and sports.
Our Burbank location offers:
- A full schedule of performance training sessions
- A 60-yard indoor turf field
- Two full-sized outdoor football fields
- A 2,800 square-foot weight room
- Plunge tubs
- Infrared sauna
Since opening in 2018, Ochsner Performance Training has instructed and coached more than 10,000 athletes and more than 200 teams.
