Find Urgent Care Now allows patients to check in quickly using ePre-Check and pay in advance before your arrival time. Ochsner Urgent Care locations operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Patients scheduling via Find Urgent Care Now do not skip the waiting line, nor will they be seen ahead of individuals in the waiting room or impact others' wait times. If there is an increase of patients with emergency conditions, your projected treatment time may be delayed.

The care my son received this evening was nothing short of 5 stars. He threw up in the waiting room and the nice lady at the front desk was so kind about cleaning it even though i was almost in tears from embarrassment. The nurse who triaged us was very nice as well. We saw Abby, PA and she was very kind, caring and attentive. She made sure to explain after care instructions and took her time examining my son. We were in and out quickly but received very thorough care. 10/10 recommend

I showed up needing med refills wasn't given half of them. This is proven meds and I can't get in to see my doctor till Tuesday the 20th. I'm expected to hurt for 11 days because Dr. Frances K. Crochet wouldn't prescribe tramadol. It's sad that I'm expected to suffer for 11 days

Everyone is polite, friendly but they need to make lobby a positive pressure room to get all the germs out! I went in with my neighbor for her back and many people coughing and complaing of congestion and chairs all very close together. If you dont go in with covid you may come out with it !

Every time I come to this Urgent Care, very excellent service! 😀 Staff and doctors are amazing. They treat everyone with such kindness and care, they truly care about the health and wellness of their patients. Friendly staff. Saw the PA who was thorough and easy to talk to about what was going on. I had to wait two and a half hours because someone forgot to check my vS making my chart not ready for PA, but that carried little weight compared to comfortable and clean facility with awesome staff.

It’s a 3-4 hr wait time, got Covid tested (negative) and a check up for the cough. I did get taken care of, you just got to have A LOT of patients and don’t come in hungry like I did🤤

I never visited a urgent care before. I went in I was seen in just a few minutes. They even had all my information already. I told them my neck & shoulder was killing me. I explained why & I was treated given a shot & meds & released all within 49 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised. Great place when you need them.

Ann Ledet, NP was awesome! She was very thorough in diagnosing what was wrong and very informative on treatments. She showed great concern and care and made me feel comfortable and at ease. Definitely one of the best medical professionals I’ve ever experienced. She’s a keeper Ochsner!
