Dr. Giuseppe Ciccotto practices neurology and neurocritical care medicine at Ochsner Health in New Orleans. He is board-certified in neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, as well as in neurointensive care by the United Council for Neurological Subspecialties. He completed a Neurology residency at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. He completed his Neurocritical care fellowship at Ochsner Health in New Orleans. Dr. Ciccotto received his Master's of Public Health degree as well as his Doctor of Medicine degree from St. Georges Medical School in Grenada, West Indies. Dr. Ciccotto is the medical director of quality improvement and patient safety of the neurosciences for the Ochsner Health System. Dr. Ciccotto is a certified professional in patient safety (CPPS). He received his CPPS credential from the Institute for Healthcare Improvement. He is also a member of the American Academy of Neurology, the Neurocritical Care Society, the Society of Critical Care Medicine and the American Medical Association.
