Alexis Black is a nurse practitioner at St. Charles Parish Hospital who specializes in cardiology. She is a Louisiana State University alumnus and became a registered nurse in 1994. She received her bachelors of science in nursing from the University of Louisiana Lafayette in 2017. Alexis also received her masters of science in nursing with a focus as a family nurse practitioner in May 2021 also from the University of Louisiana Lafayette.
