Ochsner Health Center - Luling is on the first floor of St. Charles Parish Hospital. Our clinic has easy street-level parking in two spots: the front lot on Paul Maillard Road and the back lot on Milling Avenue. The lot on Milling Avenue gives you the easiest access to the Ochsner suite.

We are making healthcare easy. One huge advantage of having a primary care doctor at Ochsner is our electronic medical record. Wherever you go in the Ochsner network, your medical history goes with you and is accessible by specialists, urgent cares and ERs all across the Gulf South.
We are also making it easier to connect you to your doctor at any time with MyOchsner. You can call or message your doctor, schedule appointments, submit refill requests for medication and schedule preventive health reminders to help you stay on track. MyOchsner also allows you to view your results and connect your family to your records and treatment team.

Schedule an appointment
To schedule an appointment, call 985-785-3740. You may also schedule an appointment through MyOchsner.
We offer same-day and next-day appointments. We also offer virtual visits. If you are a new patient, your first virtual appointment is at the discretion of the provider. Learn more about virtual visits, here.
Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please make every effort to notify us within a 24-hour advanced notice. If your doctor is unavailable for an urgent problem, please consider allowing Ochsner to book an appointment for you with another provider.
Lab results
You'll get your lab results in the mail. If everything is normal, you should have them within 10 business days. If there's anything unusual, your doctor's office will call you once they get the results. For pap smear results, please wait about four to six weeks.
Prescription refills
If you need a prescription refill, please call your pharmacy to request it. If your pharmacist has any questions, they will contact Ochsner. Make sure the pharmacy sends your refill request to Ochsner at least three to five working days before you run out of your medication. If we don't get the notice in time, we can't promise your refill will be ready before you use up your current supply.

Ochsner On Call Services
Ochsner On Call lets you book appointments and get health advice any time, day or night, all week long. Specially trained nurses are ready to talk about your health concerns, help you decide if you need to go to the emergency room or see a doctor, and suggest ways to take care of yourself. This service is free, and you can reach it by calling 1-800-231-5257 or 504-842-3155.

I have been to the hospital on the Westbank several times for my health the last two months. No one wanted to listen to me because “I’m too young”. Even my PCP said the same thing. DR. SEYMOUR was the only doctor that took me seriously and decided to run tests to figure out what is the root cause. Thank you so much, again.

Dr. Kimberly Dalmau was so kind, so thorough, and so attentive to me. She came in having already reviewed my case. She didn’t waste my time by asking me questions that I’d already answered with the nurse or that were already answered in my chart. She didn’t waste my time by silently typing everything on the computer during our conversation, either. She maintained eye contact, making me feel like I was a valued patient who was fully capable of understanding her insights and plan of care for me. She took her notes with pen and paper which kept our conversation going, rather than on computer, making me feel like I need to be quiet while everything is typed in. All of the above is sadly very uncommon, in my experience. I can already tell she is a true medical CARE provider. And most importantly, she made me feel like I had VALID CONCERNS instead of like I was a hysterical woman!
