Allise Mixon Johnson, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, practices orthopedic urgent care at Ochsner Health. Allise has expertise in joint injections and fracture management, offering comprehensive care for various medical needs, including acute musculoskeletal injuries and joint pain.


Allise earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2016, and her Master of Science in nursing from Northwestern State University of Louisiana in 2024. After graduating with her bachelor’s in nursing, she worked as an emergency department registered nurse with Ochsner Health for over eight years. She is board-certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Mrs. Johnson is a member of Phi Kappa Phi and Sigma Theta Tau, participating in ongoing professional development to stay updated on medical advancements.


Allise is dedicated to addressing the medical needs of her patients while understanding individual concerns and goals. She has been practicing at Ochsner since 2025. Outside of medicine, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking and reading.
