POSITIVES: Great doctor (Dr Hadley Smith), great phlebotomist, quick check in, excellent care. NEGATIVES: There are no directional signs telling you where the Primary Care Clinic is (its on Floor 4, Building B). I had to ask multiple staff members for directions, no one seemed to know. The waiting time was ridiculous...although the clinic wasn't busy, it took 30 minutes to get in to see the doctor and another 45 minutes waiting to have my blood drawn. I realize the clinic is new and they're ironing out the kinks, but the throughput needs to be examined.
