Biography

Brian Jones, MD, specializes in interventional cardiology at Ochsner Health. Dr. Jones graduated from Louisiana State University and earned his medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans. He completed his medical residency at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Dr. Jones completed fellowships in cardiovascular disease at Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans, and in interventional cardiology at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey Cooper University Hospital in Camden, New Jersey. He is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology. He is also board certified by the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology in nuclear cardiology.
