Cristina Graphia, MD is a board-certified orthopedic hand and upper-extremity surgeon at Ochsner Health treating patients in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She has expertise in both chronic and acute/traumatic conditions of the hand, wrist, and elbow. She provides care for a wide range of conditions including carpal tunnel syndrome, cubital tunnel syndrome, trigger finger, fractures, ligament injuries, tendon injuries, nerve injuries, masses, Dupuytren’s contracture, and arthritis. Dr. Graphia’s surgical expertise ensures personalized treatment plans for each patient, addressing their unique needs and goals.

A Baton Rouge native and graduate of St. Joseph’s Academy, Dr. Graphia completed her undergraduate education at Rice University, earning degrees in Biological Sciences and Psychology. She went on to earn her medical degree and complete her orthopedic surgery residency at LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, where she was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society, a distinction recognizing exceptional academic achievement.

Dr. Graphia further honed her skills by completing a Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery Fellowship at the University of Chicago. She is grateful to be back in her hometown, serving her community. Dr. Graphia is currently accepting new patients at Ochsner Medical Complex - The Grove and Ochsner Medical Center – O’Neal in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
