David J. Donaldson Jr., MD

Biography

David Donaldson, MD, specializes in radiology at Ochsner Health. A Louisiana native, Dr. Donaldson earned his medical degree at Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport, Louisiana, in 1980. He completed an internal medicine internship at Wilford Hall Medical Center - Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas, and then served in the U.S. Air Force as a family physician until 1986. Dr. Donaldson performed his residency in diagnostic radiology at LSU Medical Center- Charity Hospital of New Orleans and was board-certified in 1990. He has practiced since 1990 in Slidell, Louisiana, and joined Ochsner in 2010.
