Biography

Dr. Derek Smith received his undergraduate degree and medical degree from Louisiana State University. Following this he completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans with a focus on hospital medicine.

Dr. Smith is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
