Devyn L. Rohlfs Rivera, MD, practices allergy and immunology at Ochsner Health. Dr. Rohlfs Rivera has expertise in diagnosis and treatment of atopic conditions and Immunodeficiencies, offering comprehensive care for various medical needs, including asthma, allergic rhinitis, food allergies, atopic dermatitis and both primary and secondary immunodeficiencies. 

Dr. Rohlfs Rivera earned her Doctor of Medicine from University of Medicine and Health Science, Basseterre, St. Kitts, in 2018. She is board-certified in allergy and immunology by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology in 2024. She completed an allergy and immunology fellowship at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans in 2024. Dr. Rohlfs Rivera actively participates in the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology and in the American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology to stay updated on medical advancements. 

Dr. Rohlfs Rivera is dedicated to addressing the medical needs of their patients while understanding individual concerns and goals. She has been practicing at Ochsner since 2024. Outside of medicine, she enjoys the outdoors/travel, Pilates and live music.
