Biography
Elisa attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham earning a Master of Science in Nursing in the Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner specialty track. After practicing at an independent clinic in Mississippi, she attended the University of Massachusetts Boston earning a Post-Master's Certificate in Family Nurse Practitioner. She has dual board certifications issued by the American Nurse Credentialing Center and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she worked as a Registered Nurse for Ochsner Medical Center in the intensive care unit. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Association of Critical Care Nurses.
