Biography
Dr. Erin Conlin attended Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge for her undergraduate training and received her medical degree from LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans. She then completed an internal medicine residency with the University of Colorado in Denver as part of the primary care training track.
Dr. Conlin's focus is on patient-centered comprehensive primary care, including patient education and preventative medicine. She encourages patients to be engaged and involved in their own healthcare, to ensure that plans reflect an informed patient's preferences and values.

Dr. Conlin's last day before maternity leave - amazing! She was and is always - professional - polite - listens w/attentiveness - provides info - includes me in my healthcare. She is the best primary care physician I have ever seen. My age - 66 yrs.
