Biography

Ginny Kullman, MD, specializes in ophthalmology with a focus in cornea care. Dr. Ginny Kullman was born and raised in New Orleans. She received her bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina, in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, and she earned her medical degree from Tulane Medical School. She completed her internship at Deaconess Hospital in Spokane, Washington, and she went on to complete residency in ophthalmology at the Rocky Mountain Lions Eye Institute at the University of Colorado in Denver. She then completed a fellowship in cornea and external disease at the renowned Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary in Boston. Her practice and clinical interests include advanced techniques related to cataract surgery and intraocular lens technology, corneal transplantation (including DSAEK and keratoprosthesis surgery), and LASER refractive surgery. She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons. Dr. Kullman practices at the Ochsner Medical Center - New Orleans, Ochsner Health Center - Baptist Napoleon Medical Plaza, Ochsner HEalth Center - Covington, and at Leonard J. Chabert Medical center in Houma, Louisiana.
