Helen Stavros, LCSW, PHD earned her masters and PhD degrees in social work from Tulane University. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Louisiana. Dr. Stavros treats children, adolescents, families and adults with a variety of issues. She works with ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, sexual trauma as well as relationship problems and parenting issues. She has been at Ochsner since 1987. She is trained in EMDR, hypnosis, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and offers treatment in those modalities as well.
