Dr. Mizrahi's compassion is unmatched. The experience I've had with him is the most humanizing I've ever had at Ochsner. He seems to care about me as a person rather than a specimen, which has been my experience for the past 10 years. He listens more than he talks. He asks questions more than he gives advice or answers. I was resigned to the possibility that there were no more doctors out there, only technicians with a title. Dr. Mizrahi has broken the mold in that regard.
This appointment was to obtain a second opinion as surgery was not an option. The doctor showed up the tumor on the PET scan. That was really impressive.
