Kelli Creech, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, practices in general surgery at Ochsner Health. Mrs. Creech has expertise in the medical and surgical management of gastroparesis, offering comprehensive care for this disease.

Mrs. Creech earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans in 2015 and her Master of Science in Nursing from Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, Louisiana, in 2024. She is a board-certified advanced practice registered nurse by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as of 2024. She has been practicing at Ochsner as a registered nurse since 2016 and as a nurse practitioner since 2024. Her nursing experience includes surgical and transplant care. Kelli actively participates in the Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners to stay updated on the role of nurse practitioners in Louisiana and to expand her knowledge of her field.

Mrs. Creech is committed to providing patient-centered care, prioritizing individual needs, concerns, and goals to ensure a personalized and compassionate approach to healthcare. Outside of medicine, she enjoys her spending time with her husband and sons, reading, and cheering for the Tigers.
