Dr. Kristen Hollas is a licensed clinical psychologist at Ochsner Health. Dr. Hollas completed her graduate training at Louisiana State University. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Tyler, Texas. She has experience working with children and families who are impacted by disruptive behaviors, mood difficulties, anxiety and attention/learning concerns. Dr. Hollas also has experience working with adults for a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, sleep and health-related behaviors. Her clinical interests include providing psychoeducation and resources to families regarding mental health concerns; utilizing evidence-based techniques for children, teens and families to adjust to and cope with life stressors; and providing evidence-based services to young adults to cope with life transitions and mental health symptoms.
