Biography
Kristina Marchand received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Our Lady of Holy Cross College in 1995 in New Orleans, LA. She graduated for LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, in 2000 with a Masters in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Kristina is working in urogynecology, where she helps patients manage incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse. She is trained in colposcopy and urodynamics. In addition, she provides well woman exams including contraception management.

For the first time in a very very long time, I felt truly listened to. I didn't feel rushed through the appointment. I could ask questions and talk openly. They kept me very well informed about what was happening and why throughout the entire process, and even listened to concerns about other issues that I thought could be related. Overall, it was the best most productive appointment I feel I have had in a long time.
She gave me useful tips to help with a particular problem. Part of the exam is unavoidably painful. She is very empathetic to me.
