Biography
Kyle Degeyter, MD, practices interventional radiology at Ochsner Health. Dr. Degeyter has expertise in diagnostic radiology and interventional radiology, offering comprehensive care for various medical needs, including obtaining tissue for biopsies, draining fluid collections, killing tumors, fixing broken vertebral bodies, restoring blood flow in blocked vessels, and stopping bleeding from injured vessels.
Dr. Degeyter earned his degree in medicine from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, Louisiana, in 2009. He completed an Internal Medicine residency at University Medical Center in Lafayette, Louisiana, in 2012. He completed his Radiology residency at Tulane in New Orleans, Louisiana in 2017. He completed an Interventional Radiology fellowship at Albany Medical Center in Albany, New York, in 2018. Dr. Degeyter actively participates in the Society of Interventional Radiology to stay updated on medical advancements.
