Dr D was very patient and asked questions to understand what my concerns were but most of all she really listened. She was very informative and spoke in a way that helped me to understand and know what was next in my treatment. Above all she gave me comfort. She said that I didn't need to feel alone and that my illness was not the result of anything that I have done but her and the Ochsner team would be there to help me through this. Those words meant so much to me.
