Biography
Dr. Luis Teixeira received his doctor of medicine from Loyola University in Chicago in 2006. He completed his internal medicine residency at Tulane University. Dr. Teixeira is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Prior to coming to Ochsner, Dr. Teixeira worked as a hospitalist at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Healthcare System in New Orleans.
