Melissa received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center School of Nursing in New Orleans, LA. Prior to obtaining a Master of Nursing degree from LSUHSC, she obtained experience in the ICU and the step down ICU. Melissa has over 6 years of experience as a Primary Care Provider. She is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
