Dr. Michael Wiedemann earned his undergraduate degree from Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana and his medical degree in 1984 from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans. He completed his residency in OB-GYN at Charity Hospital - LSU in New Orleans.
Dr. Wiedemann is board certified in obstetrics & gynecology and practices at Ochsner Medical Center - Kenner.

Dr . Weidleman was very pleasant and informed me of the process that was going on . He asked if I had any concerns and I addressed them to him . He also did a breast exam besides the Pap smear . He just when through last years Pap smear quickly . His bedside manners are very good . He makes you feel at ease and comfortable. Then after he is finished he brings you back to his office and goes through the exam asks me questions or concerns . I always feel comfortable with him and at ease . He an amazing doctor .
Dr. Wiedemann is probably one of the best doctors I have ever received care from. He is not my doctor; however, I was blessed to get a same day appointment and it happened to be with him. He is truly outstanding, understanding, and so comforting.
