Dr. Mini Elnaggar is a radiation oncologist at Ochsner MD Anderson Cancer Center. She earned her medical degree from Louisiana State University in New Orleans after completing her Bachelors's degree in chemical engineering at Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa. She completed her internship at Tulane University Medical Center and went on to complete a radiation oncology residency at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. She worked as an Assistant Professor in radiation oncology at the Tulane Cancer Center in New Orleans prior to joining Ochsner in 2010. Dr. Elnaggar is certified by the Board of American Radiology in Radiation Oncology. Her primary specialties include the treatment of breast and gynecological cancers. She performs special procedures such as gynecology brachytherapy, cardiac brachytherapy and stereotactic body radiation treatments.
