Phyllis understands PTSD, ADD, she understands the Intricate "defaults" I unconsciously struggle with, she is considerate, and intimate (as in knows me) about reminding me of what we've been working through I'm noticing that there are times that im overwhelmed and not necessarily lost, but, that things seem so far away from my consciousness and, we work on bringing me present again.

Phyllis has the ability to calm my anxiety as she brings me into the present. She genuinely cares about my situation, rationalizes my thought process all while being professional and courteous.
