I highly recommend her. She listened to me intently, answered all my questions, never appeared rushed to finish, and very friendly and professional.

Care provider did not spend too much time with me. I thought she might have been in a rush.

My experience was very good. Ms. Coleman was very friendly and professional. She asked why I had came in and I told her my symptoms and why I decided to come to be seen. She then explained to me what steps she was going to take based on what I had told her. She proceeded to follow her protocol and explained each step to me. She paused to ask if I had any questions and she answered the questions I did ask her. Once she made her diagnosis and explained what steps she was advising me to take, she made sure I was clear on everything we had talked about. She went over my meds and prescription. She advised me of my upcoming test that I needed to scheduled and was ready to schedule them for me. I explained to her that I currently do not have any insurance. She advised me that she would give me information on how to contact a financial adviser to help me to possibly get help to pay my bill for my medical appts. She scheduled my upcoming appts that needed to be scheduled. It was a very good interaction that really helped me to be at ease and reassured that all my concerns were met. Ms. Coleman is a very good PA and is surely representing herself, her profession and Oschner in the best possible manner. Thank you for her and her staff. Excellent rating.

Ms. Coleman is the best from start to finish. She reads my chart prior to the visit, she remembers real facts about me, and is invested in me getting better. She allows me to express my concerns and addresses each of them. She offers me multiple pathways to a solution. She follows up in MyChart with every test she runs. Dr. Coleman is champing my health and working diligently to keep me well. Thank you.

Dr. Coleman listened to my concerns and gave me good feedback. She also gave me a list of foods that could trigger frequent urination. I also learned that as you get older this is not out of the ordinary.
