Dr. Harrell has such a great personality. She was very thorough, explained everything very well, answered all of our questions and let us express our concerns without feeling rushed. She didn't hesitate to order the testing needed to properly diagnose my son. Even though we saw her just a few hours before the office closed, she made sure to call me before the end of their day to let me know his diagnosis, prescribe his medication, give details about ENT referral, and even provided his school notes via the portal within minutes of our call ending. It makes such a difference when providers are this caring, especially when it comes to our children. I am very thankful!
