Best to chat with the doctor I've had in a long time. Most are kind of cold and standoffish he was not that.
Dr. Granier is such an excellent provider. He is always concerned about the issue; he presents and explains treatment options; includes me in decision making; and if I send him messages via the portal he answers in a timely manner. My husband and I are lucky to have him as our PCP.

Dr. Granier has been my Primary Care physician for over 20 years including my family. Dr. Granier is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and most of all professional! Dr. Granier always seems to know what is wrong with me, what plan of action to take and is extremely on target in the Medical Care to be enacted on me. His medical prowess is very on target and he always has the uncanny ability to solve my medical problems each and every time. Some Doctors have "IT" and some don't have "IT" but trust me Dr. Granier has that "IT" factor and for me that's the difference of Life & Death in my opinion b/c he always seems to solve my medical issues. Thank God for Dr. Granier. Ochsner should have more Doctors like Dr. Granier as more patients would be giving more positive surveys TRUST ME as I Trust in Dr. Granier 1000%
In 28 years I have always had great experiences with Dr. Granier. He is the best. I appreciate him immensely. I could not imagine a better hot harder working physician. He saw me at 7:40 in the morning and he messaged me that night at 8:30 pm with the lab results. He deserves a raise.
